Coaching Agreement

Who you are working with

Caeli May ADHD Coaching is a sole-proprietor practice in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. Email: hello [at] caelimay.com.

Caeli is an ADHD coach trained through ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA), currently completing the client coaching hours required toward her professional ADHD coaching and ICF credentials. She practises in accordance with the PAAC Code of Ethics.

Coaching is not therapy

Coaching is a collaborative, practical support service. It is not therapy, counselling, crisis support, medical care or diagnosis, and Caeli is not a regulated health professional. If you are in crisis, call or text 9-8-8 (Suicide Crisis Helpline) or 9-1-1.

The package

Six sessions: a 90-minute first session, then five 50-minute sessions, in person in Victoria or online. We meet weekly, starting from your first booked session. Price: $250 CAD, or $150 CAD for students. No GST is charged.

Payment

By Interac e-transfer, due by the end of the first session.

Package length

All six sessions are to be used within 3 months of the first session.

Cancelling or rescheduling

Please give at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session; it is moved at no cost. With less than 48 hours notice, or if you miss a session, the session counts as used. If Caeli has to cancel, the session is rescheduled.

Refunds

Packages are non-refundable once paid. If Caeli cancels a session and we can't find another time, that session is refunded by Interac e-transfer within 15 days. This does not affect your rights under British Columbia consumer protection law.

Confidentiality and privacy

What you share is kept confidential, except where disclosure is required for safety or by law. Caeli may discuss case details in confidential peer supervision without using your name or any identifying information. How your information is collected, stored and protected, including the optional session recording, is set out in the Privacy Policy. Coaching records are kept for 5 years after our last session, then destroyed.

Conflicts of interest

If any conflict of interest arises, Caeli will disclose it promptly and refer you to another professional if needed.

Your copy

When you sign the intake form, a copy of this agreement is emailed to you. This agreement is governed by the laws of British Columbia.
