Caeli May, ADHD coach

A little about me

I’ve long been interested in human behaviour, particularly how our nervous systems, relationships, and environments influence the way we experience and respond to the world.

That curiosity has taken me through a BSc in Biology, an MBA, and years of working with people and organizations. Along the way, my own experience with ADHD has made these interests more personal. I’ve become especially interested in the relationship between knowing ourselves, understanding what influences our behaviour, and being able to make choices and take responsibility for what matters most to us.

ADHD coaching brings these interests together in a way I find genuinely meaningful.

I enjoy working with people who are curious about themselves and interested in exploring how that understanding can shape their choices. I value conversations where people feel comfortable thinking out loud, sharing what’s on their minds, and discovering something they hadn’t quite put into words before. I enjoy the unexpected turns, the moments of recognition, and the humour that can emerge along the way.

I believe self-understanding gives us more room to exercise personal agency and take responsibility for the lives we’re creating. In coaching, my role is to listen, ask thoughtful questions, and support you in making sense of your experiences and deciding what you’d like to do with what you discover.

I’ve trained through ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA) and am completing the requirements toward ADDCA and ICF credentials.

I offer adult ADHD coaching in person in Victoria, BC, and online.
