Do I need a formal ADHD diagnosis?

No. Many clients are self-identified or in the assessment process. What matters is that you recognise the patterns — coaching starts from where you are.

Do you offer virtual sessions?

Yes — virtual sessions are available across British Columbia. Many clients work with me virtually from elsewhere on the Island or in the Lower Mainland.

How is ADHD coaching different from therapy?

Coaching is forward-focused and practical — it doesn't treat mental health conditions or explore the past in depth. It's about building systems and structures for how you want your life to work. The two can complement each other well.

How many sessions will I need?

Most clients see meaningful change within 6–12 sessions. Some continue ongoing because the rhythm and accountability of regular sessions is itself part of what makes life work.
